#tdp2024, the winners

The “Città della Pace” International Tournament in Rovereto confirms itself as a key event of Easter. More than 2000 athletes from 9 nations around the world, more than 200 young volunteers and 3 sports proposed in this edition: football (categories U8, U11, U13, U15, U17, Women Open Age and Women Under 15), basketball ( U10) and water polo (U12) competed on 11 fields in Vallagarina. In addition, a demonstration match of the “Special” category of the football tournament was held in Lizzana, reserved for footballers with intellectual-relational disabilities and psychiatric pathologies.
Nine nations were involved, in the fields of Rovereto and Vallagarina: Albania, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Poland and Italy
Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the Sports Village, in the urban courtyard of Via Roma in Rovereto, welcomed the teams and animated the historic center with food trucks, live music and events. On Saturday, after the historic Opening Ceremony at the Bell of the Fallen Maria Dolens with its 100 tolls, the parade through the streets of the city arriving at the square of the Mart complex, followed in the afternoon by the matches.
On Sunday morning the last matches of the group stage, and in the afternoon the final stages of the various categories, up to the finals at the Quercia Stadium and the Closing Ceremony and awards ceremony with light shows.
