ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
The International Tournament Città della Pace is organized by the amateur sports association International Tournament Città della Pace.
A team of volunteers works all year round to organize the Tournament, managing every aspect: the sports and incoming sector, the organization of events, the HR sector, communication and marketing. During the Tournament, the team expands involving many other volunteers, becoming more than 150 people in total.

JUNIOR TEAM: A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
A unique and unforgettable experience, which allows young people to be a fundamental part of this event, creating bonds and friendships: the Junior Team is a big family!
The Junior Team project has as its primary objective to involve the young people of Rovereto and Vallagarina in the organization of the International Tournament "Città della Pace", giving them the opportunity to collaborate as volunteers in the organization of the event.

The Junior Team volunteers will be called upon to carry out some fundamental tasks for the success of the tournament, depending on their aptitudes and the needs of the Organizing Committee.
Among these there may be the support of the teams, they will help you with your travels and will live with you all the moments of the tournament, from the events to the matches, up to the closing ceremony.
The volunteers of the logistics sector will manage the competition sites, the Info Points and the sale of merchandising, and will support the Organizing Committee.
The volunteers of the communication sector will take care of managing the tournament’s social networks; they will take care of managing the moments of entertainment, on the fields and during the events.
